Refund policy

At Second Summer we want you to love your pieces. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed in the original packaging with all tags attached.

UK RETURNS

All UK returns can be processed via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 Return Portal. Please follow the link HERE to create a return label or arrange a collection. A £4.95 handling fee will be deducted from any refund when using this service.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All international customers are responsible for returning items to us, as we do not offer free returns. Please use the RETURNS PORTAL to register your return before sending your item back.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty, please email the team at hello@secondsummerlabel.com

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you place an order and refuse delivery — including refusal to pay import VAT or duty charges — you will be responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any additional fees incurred for returning the shipment to Second Summer. These charges will be deducted from your final refund once the return is processed. Second Summer is not liable for any import duties, taxes, or additional customs charges incurred on international orders.
