Refund policy

At Second Summer we want you to love your pieces. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To submit a return please email returns@secondsummerlabel.com with your order number, the item/s you wish to return and the reason for your return. You will then be issued with a return order number and details of where to post your items too.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Second Summer. When returning items we advise using a tracked service and proof of postage.  

 

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty, please email returns@secondsummerlabel.com with the details and images of the fault. We will ask you to return the item and send us the proof of postage so we can also refund your delivery costs. 

Where possible we will try and send a replacement item but this depends on availability, if the item is unavailable we will issue a full refund.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS 

If you place an order and refuse the shipment for any reason including due to any additional import vat/duty charges you will be responsible for any charges associated with the shipping of the shipment plus any additional charges incurred for the shipment being returned to Second Summer. These charges will be deducted from you final refund.
