Refund policy

At Second Summer we want you to love your pieces. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your order for a refund within 14 days of receiving.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed in packaging with all original tags attached.

To submit a return please email with your order number, the item/s you wish to return and the reason for your return. You will then be issued with a return order number and details of where to post your items too.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Second Summer. When returning items we advise using a tracked service and proof of postage. 

Second Summer will try to process returns within 7 days. Any returns made after the 14 day policy will be issued a store credit


We only offer credit notes on sale items unless deemed faulty. 

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


If your item is faulty, please email with the details and images of the fault. We will ask you to return the item and send us the proof of postage so we can also refund your delivery costs. 

Where possible we will try and send a replacement item but this depends on availability, if the item is unavailable we will issue a full refund.
