At Second Summer we want you to love your pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed in their original packaging with all tags attached.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international returns are at the customer’s own expense. We do not offer free returns on any international orders.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Second Summer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
FAULTY ITEMS
All items are carefully quality-checked before dispatch. If, however, you receive a faulty item, please email the team at hello@secondsummerlabel.com who will be happy to assist.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse delivery of your order for any reason—including non-payment of import duties or taxes—you will be responsible for all shipping costs and any additional charges incurred for returning the shipment to Second Summer. These costs will be deducted from your final refund.
