UK SHIPPING

All UK orders are fulfilled from our main hub with Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Tracked 48 services for smooth and reliable delivery.

UK & EUROPE — NO DUTIES OR IMPORT CHARGES

We now ship to the UK & Europe with no import duties, taxes or customs charges on arrival.
All orders within these regions are fulfilled from our dedicated hub to ensure fast, seamless delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — DUTIES & TAXES

All other international orders are shipped from our UK Head Office. Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and may be applied by your local customs authority upon arrival. These charges are set by your government and remain the responsibility of the customer. Second Summer cannot predict, control, or waive these costs.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to non-payment of duties or taxes, the cost of return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund once the item is received back by us.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect address details.

REJECTED SHIPMENTS

If you place an order and subsequently refuse delivery — including refusal to pay applicable import duties or VAT — you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred, along with the cost of returning the order to Second Summer. These charges will be deducted from your refund once processed.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We aim to ensure all orders are delivered on time; however, delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and may vary. On rare occasions, your order may arrive outside the expected timeframe.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation email and can also be viewed through your “My Account” page.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Due to courier and postal limitations, Second Summer is unable to ship to:

  • Algeria

  • Iran

  • Pakistan

  • Syria

  • Russia
