UK RETURNS
All UK returns can be processed via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 Return Portal.
Please log your return HERE and, once approved, you can download a Royal Mail return label or arrange a Royal Mail collection. A £2.95 handling fee will be deducted from your refund when using this service.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team by emailing hello@secondsummerlabel.com with details and images of the fault. We will issue a returns label and arrange a courier collection for the faulty item.
Where possible, we will send a replacement item (subject to availability). If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
SALE
Sale purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse delivery of your order for any reason—including non-payment of import duties or VAT—you will be responsible for all shipping costs and any additional charges incurred for the return of the shipment to Second Summer. These costs will be deducted from your final refund.
