EUROPEAN SHIPPING

All European orders are shipped from our UK Head Office.

Please note that any additional duties and taxes to be paid are calculated by your local government and Second Summer Ltd has no control over these charges.

The courier delivering your parcel may ask you to pay these charges before they can deliver your parcel. If the parcel is rejected due to additional import charges it is your responsibility to pay for any charges associated with the rejection of this shipment and redelivery back to the UK.

Depending on your location within the EU, the shipping rate and delivery time is calculated at checkout.

REJECTED SHIPMENTS

If you place an order, and then reject the shipment for any reason including due to import vat/duty charges, then you will be responsible for any charges incurred in the sending of the order plus the cost for it to be returned to Second Summer. These charges will be deducted from your final refund.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Due to postal restrictions, Second Summer does not ship to the following countries:

Korea
Algeria
Iran
Pakistan
Syria
Russia

DUTIES & TAXES: ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS (excluding, Australia & USA)

Please note we are a UK based company and we ship all orders from the UK.

If you are an international customer, your local government may impose import/vat duty charges for bringing in items from other countries. Any additional costs incurred are your responsibility and you may be asked to pay these to be able to receive your order. We recommend looking on your local government website to see if there is a guide on how much the charges may be based on your order value before purchasing from Second Summer - If you order, and decide to reject your shipment due to import charges you will be responsible for the cost of the item being returned to Second Summer - This charge will be advised by DHL at the time of rejection.
